Update Firmware by USB

Hi Folks, have a VMG3925-B10B router and I need to replace the firmware, but I cannot login to the webpage, I wanted to plug in a USB with the firmware loaded on it, and see if I cold upload the firmware bypassing the login page.
Can anyone advise?
