Using my Zyxel VMG8324-B10A running Firmware "1.00(AAKL.21)C0", I have multiple SIP accounts (SIP1, SIP2 and SIP3) configured on both my phone (port 1 and 2). The web interface mentions the following caution: "If both SIP accounts apply to the same phone, the SIP account priority to that phone is SIP0 > SIP1 > ...."

Inbound SIP calls for all these accounts (SIP1, SIP2 and SIP3) are directed to the associated phones.

Outbound calls from a phone are directed to the first SIP account associated (default outbound provider). My default outbound provider does not support calling emergency services (112 in Europe). Is there a way (e.g. using dial plan) to direct calls to a specific number (e.g. 112) to another then the first associated SIP account  (e.g. SIP2: "112@SIP2")?

    Hi there
It seems no this kind of function to direct a specific number to a specific SIP account, especially in your setting associated 3 SIP accounts to both phones.
Do you consider fix SIP2 to one of the phone port, such as port 2?
This is one way that I can figure out to use SIP2 for 112.

    Hi Paul_zyxel,

If your outbound provider doesn’t support the emergency service, then we cannot configure or call this emergency phone in our router. The traditional analog phone isn’t the same as VoIP, so there is also no way to direct the calls to this specific number (e.g. 112). We can only dial the registered number on the SIP server which is provided from your service provider.
