zyxel nbg6817 sustained 500 error

After some time of use the zyxel nbg6817 I get sustained 500 error, even when connecting from wan or lan, the internet connection from router works, but I must power down and on the router to get the web interface wrking correctly again, why the support developer don't add option to email logs from the router into they firmware in this expensive router?
Please stop giving advise to reset and configure the router from scratch I have done it all-ready more times!

    - Can you share your network topology?
    - What is the firmware of your NBG6817?
    - Do you plug in USB flash drive on NBG6817?
    - Does NBG6817 as Router mode or AP mode?

    Do you mean when you access NBG6817 web interface, you got 500 error? 
    How long will happen this problem?
