SNMP not configurable on VMG3925-B10B - menu missing

I have a VMG3925-B10B and need to access it from the LAN using SNMP.
According to the User Guide, I should be able to enable the SNMP agent and set community names in "Maintenance > SNMP" menu - but this menu doesn't exist. And I cannot see it elsewhere.
The firmware version is: V5.11(AAVF.3)C0
WWAN Package Version: 1.16
I know there is a newer firmware version (5.13), but does this solve the issue?
The release notes doesn't mention anything in regards to that ...
Or am I missing out on something here? Something else, that need to be enabled in order to use SNMP?
