thanks a lot for the fast reply but i always get the "ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED" error.

I don't know how to help. I don't have access to the nas-central.org server, nor do I have a backup of that zipfile. Archive.org doesn't have it either.
The zipfile was a download of forum.zyxel.com, the predecessor of this forum, which is killed by zyxel.
