What to do when Multy Plus (WSQ60) fails to upgrade firmware?

When the Multy app prompts a message to tell you that Multy Plus (WSQ60) fails to upgrade firmware, the possible reason is that Internet was disconnected during firmware upgrading. Please check Internet connection first. If Internet connection is alive, please reset and reinstall Multy Plus (WSQ60).
