NAS542 not negotiating IP addr from DHCP

Hi,

I'm trying to setup a brand new NAS542, but it keeps showing up as ip 0.0.0.0. Link is up, but not negotiating an ip  add. I can't assign a manual add either in config. Pls advice.

Hi, 
Is changed another port the same result?
Try to press reset button?
1 beep and release is reset IP and password.
2 beep and hold 5 seconds, then release is full reset.
