Outdoor 4G LTE device required

Hi ,please share the details for below mention model of LTE device. In my side have Network issue and no other possibility of Broadband and other ISP so I am looking for the device which can help me to get the Internet from Mobile tower and provide the connectivity at my premises.

 In ZYXEL site I have seen two device with similar of my requirement, I am mention the details for both device so request you to please share the details (Work process, Connectivity process, Speed Idea and Cost of devices) to understand the same.

 Model:-  What is the difference between both device and which one is best for me.
