AMG1001-T Is it ok for the modem not to have an IP connection?

The Internet LED indicator has the status off, but I have an internet connection. What does this mean? Is it ok for the modem not to have an IP connection?

Are you on wifi? Are you sure you are using your own network?

A router which has no outside IP cannot give you access to the internet.

May I know what’s your LED indicator? Is it in red or green or other?

You can check your connection states to see if the router have the IP address or not first.

Login into the GUI -> States -> Devices Information -> WAN IP address
