Can't Access 192.168.1.254 Router's Page

Hello 

I have Zyxel NBG-418N, whenever I need to login router's page it goes into endless loading and I always have to keep restarting the router till it works ( and it breaks again on the next router restart).

What is the firmware version of your NBG-418N?
Can you share your network topology?

Do you try to reset it? Is the problem still the same?
Do you change its default IP to 192.168.1.254? Because its default IP is 192.168.1.1.
