Display country upper limit transmit power for different frequency bands

- Show the upper limit transmit power for the selected country for a selected/DCS frequency band next to the actual transmit power
- Limit the list (drop down list) of the maximum power selectable when locking the transmit power for a specific frequency depending on the country max allowed. In case DCS is selected limit only display the upper limit for all the frequency bands of that country.
