Can you share which ZYXEL product you have and its firmware version?
Is there more explain about this problem?

I've got a VMG3925-B10B with Post Office Fibre, I can get an IP address to my sky hd boxes (1 in on ethernet the other is on Wi-Fi) but it fails to connect to the Sky On-Demand service.
Was working before with my old Netgear router without any issue.

Are both your sky hd boxes use for the IPTV scenario?

If yes, you may need to enable the IGMP Proxy on GUI broadband page.
