How to reset Multy U (WSR30) to factory default settings?

Sometimes you may need to reset the Multy U (WSR30) to its default factory settings and there are several ways to reset the Multy U (WSR30).

Reset Button from device back

The reset button is in a small hole next to the WAN port in the back of Multy U (WSR30). Please use a paper clip or toothpick to press the button for 5 seconds and LED will start Amber Blinking to show you the Multy U (WSR30) unit is resetting. Then all the settings in the Multy Plus (WSR30) unit will be restored to factory settings (including SSID and passwords).

Multy app from Primary Multy

Tap "Delete This Multy" and confirm the deletion. Then the LED will become Amber Blinking to show you the Multy U (WSR30) unit is resetting. Then all the settings in the Multy Plus (WSR30) unit will be restored to factory settings (including SSID and passwords).

Step 1: Tap the node icon which is shown on home page.

Step 2: Tap "Delete This Multy" in Detail page.

Step 3: Multy app will ask for the confirmation. Tap "Delete" and then tap "Yes, I'm sure".
