VMG1312-B10D with V5.13(AAXA.7)C0 firmware can't upgrade to V5.13(AAXA.8)C0

When I attempt to upload the new firmware I get this:


Why and how do I get round this?

    Had another go using a different PC and eventually got it to work.

    They really have given the UI an extensive workover. The good thing is that it is responsive and works well on a mobile device.

    Hi Kingdavid,


    I upgrade fw on my VMG1312-B10D from .7C0 to .8C0 and don’t have same issue as yours. What are browser and its version you use? You may try to clean cookie or find another PC/laptop to try again.

    I receive an error message. I tried with chrome and with explorer, the same message 
    I will try to delete cookies as you suggested
