NAS540 4-Bay kein zugriff mehr über ssh oder ähnliches

Hallo Zusammen,
leider habe ich den Zugriff auf die NAS540 komplett verloren. Ich konnte noch meine Daten retten allerdings komme ich gar nicht mehr in das Backend (Control Center) rein. Da scheint was kaputt gegangen zu sein. Ich kann zwar noch meine Zugangsdaten eingeben aber werde immer wieder zur Loginmaske weitergeleitet. Über SSH komme ich gar nicht drauf. Das Resetten hat auch nichts gebracht. Kann man die Firmware noch anders neu aufspielen? Das mitgelieferte Tool kann die NAS noch finden aber der Login darüber funktioniert auch nicht.

Have you test to pull out the HDD and do it again?
If possible to access, then you can enable the backdoor and reboot the device to insert the HDD back to the device.

Not yet but i try this way. Pull out all hdds and reboot.
it is a little bit ago i tried to open the backdoor. Can you tell me how i can open the backdoor again or do you have a link for me?

The backdoor if you can access web GUI and Control Center, then it will be under Network > Terminal, then you can enable telnet/ssh and access device success.
