Can I use a dual band router on just one single band?

Hi there, I have the VMG8324 B10A router but one of my streaming devices is old and cannot see the router. I have been advised that  this is because it's dual band. Can I go into the settings and configure the router for single band only? Thanks Mike

VMG8324-B10A only support single band 2.4G, you can have a check via GUI: Network Setting -> Wireless -> General
