Can't access router settings with VGM1312-B10D

I have updated my VGM1312-B10D to the latest VMG1312-B10D_5.13(AAXA.8)C0 firmware

  • Restart the router
  • Reset the router
  • Connect with WiFi and ethernet cable
  • Connect from my phone
  • Different browsers
  • Connect from my pc by using a live linux distro
Is there any way to flash a firmware without access to web interface?

    Bellow is the screenshot, as you can see, only the title and the light gray background is visible.
    Internet worked well until the hard reset, now I can't enter settings to setup my internet connection.

    Hi panospc,

    By observing your screenshot, I  think the web page had a response, you can clear the browser cache first and try this URL: http://192.168.1.1/login

    hi,

    i have a NSW ZyXEL GS1900-24E and also at me it is not working to reach the web interface. i even didnt reach it one time.

    Any help?

    I tried everything which was mentioned above in this thread.

     Hi @tommy,

    Looks to me that you haven't found out your GS1900 IP right?
    AS I've read in the other discussion, you can use ZON utility to discover the IP of the device but must be in the same subnet. And I've tried it you can also use ZON to access the web interface.

    Give it a try.
