The ports at the rear seem dead?

I am trying to connect a set of Sonos speakers and even with direct cable they can't be seen by the router.
I have looked at the settings on the router and the Port forwarding is Active, UPnP is Active but DMZ is not.
Is this correct as I don't know what any of these mean?

Would having spaces in the naming of the router be causing a problem?0

Can you share the model name of Sonos speaker?
And what is your network topology?
Do you mean when you're directly connected Sonos speaker to Mutly X via Ethernet cable, but the Multy App device list does not see it? Can Sonos speaker works?0 -
They are Sonos Play 1. We have two routers covering the two floors of the house. There are only 2 Sonos speakers in the adjacent room. But I have connected the Sonos directly to the rear of the router to alter the WiFi settings of the Sonos but it cant see the speaker.
The speakers work fine on the old WiFi router settings.0 -
