i have a zyxel nas540 with 4 drives set up as 2 volumes when i try to map drive it asks me for username and password which I have forgotten and I have information saved on the 2 volumes that I don't want to lose help

Push the reset button until it beeps (once). This will reset the admin password (to 1234) and reset the network configuration to DHCP.

It leaves the data on disk.

I have reinstalled windows on the computer this nas540 was mapped to
