Twonkey activates itself randomly and the web puplishing service deactivate at the same time.

Hi,

How do you know the Twonky and web publishing activate and deactiveate?
The default Twonky should be enable, do you mean Twonky stop and start itself? Then cause web publishing stop working?

You can turn off both in the admin menu.
And you can see it with ssh access.  
With nmon for example
