EMG2926-Q10A How to upgrade firmare on line?

Hi,
When I go to maintenance window there's no firmware option. According to manuals and technical data that I checked it up there should be there. If someone knows how to do it, please let me know.

I use admin to login and could see the FW upgrade. The function always shows on the GUI page in my device, may I know what method will let you see the problem in yours?
