EMG3425-Q10A Dynamic DNS

I have a EMG3425-Q10A and am trying to use dynamic dns, every time I try to enter the host name I get an error that says "Please do not enter special characters such as: ` - < >" even though I have not used any special characters. Firmware Version V1.00(AAYJ.13)C0_20180921

I got same issue with yours, but I had reported my ISP and got fixed. Would you try the same way?
