Nas Drive port

Hello I have a Zyxel VMG8924-B10A
I recently purchased a Buffalo Nas drive to help me keep me file together and back up laptops etc.
Ports 9000 and 41185 need to be open, how ever when i go on can you see me org 41185 isn't opening after going into the router. i tried changing port to 443 but no luck.
Please help as im at the stage that i am thinking of just giving up.
ISP state port is not blocked and buffalo say to contact router maker.
