How to offer public services behind a VMG8823 router?

Hi everybody!
I've got a Zyxel VMG8823-B50B branded by italian ISP Tiscali and a computer that offers SSH, HTTP and HTTPS services.
I haven't been able to forward the relative ports (22, 80, 443) that result closed from the outside, any suggestion?
EDIT1:
I prefer to maintain the default ports, especially the web server's one. This because I don't want people reaching my external IP to see my router login page, but instead the contents I want to share via HTTP/HTTPS.

Could you try using different ports?
Also, I have read that Tiscali version is *way* locked down.
