Poor connection speed?

Hello,
Today I received my Zyxel Multy X.

So far i have used a FRITZ! Repeater.
Unfortunately the mesh functionality wasn't good for wifi calls (losing connection when changing floors).
Searching for a better solution i found Zyxel Multy x.
After setting up the first device I was pretty disappointed with the connection speed.
It's less than 50% of my regular internet connection speed.

At least I always had 100% connection speed with my old setup.
So I'm wondering why Multy X offers only about 50%.
Any advices or tips?

Setup:
Internet---<Modem FRITZ!Box 5490<LAN><NETGEAR GS324-100EUS><LAN><WAN>1st Multy X
DL 200MBit/ UL 20MBit
Firmware V2.10(AKJ.7)C0

    You can open Multy App and go to "Parental Control", tap that device to know which band is connected.

    From your screenshot, some results seems fine (169.8 Mbps, 180.7 Mbps).
    Please check your iPhone is connected to 5GHz for better performance.

    Can you share how to test the speed? Do you use wireless or wired?
    Is there any screenshots?

    Internet---<Modem FRITZ!Box 5490<LAN><NETGEAR GS324-100EUS><LAN><WAN>1st Multy X<LAN>PC/NB
    If you use PC/NB to connect 1st Multy X directly, what is the speed result?
    If you use wireless device to test, do you use 2.4G or 5G? What's the distance between wireless device and 1st Multy X?

    @Hanamichi
    First Multy X is wired and i am testing the speed with my mobile device.
    I tested the speed via Multy iOS App and the Ookla Speedtest App.
    I am using the Multy X in bridge Mode.

    WiFi speedtest on Multy X WiFi

    WiFi speedtest on old Repeater/ AC

    I would guess that my iPhone uses 2,4 Ghz, but i couldn't figure out which band its using.
    The distance between both repeater/ ACs is less than 2m.

    If you use PC/NB to connect 1st Multy X directly, what is the speed result?

    Thank you for your reply. I have split the Multy X Wifi into a 2g and 5g WiFi.
    I will test this setup and report further results.

    @Hanamichi
    The split in 2g and 5g was apparently the solution to my initial problem.
    It was probably naive that a mixed network (standard config 2g and 5g not split) works well
    thanks again
