Meine App findet die Multy X nicht

meine Multy X zeigt den Status weiß an aber meine APP möchte eine neue Installation vornehmen. Was kann ich tun oder was mache ich falsch???

About you problem, is there any screenshot and do you want to re-install Multy X WiFi System?
Can you explain more clear what kind of the problem you encountered?
