Lte 5366 problem

Hallo I'm italian.  I have a LTE5366 only connected with a 4g sim my provider is Tim. I have this problem, sometime the modem lose connection, I need to reboot it. The firmware is V1.00(ABKA.0)C0 . I have a pocket router and I haven't problem with the same Sim. Have you any  ad vice for me?

    Hi Boris34,

    May I know if you have external antenna on your device? If no, can you please help to check the setting of antenna selection? To configure it to “internal” and then check if this issue is resolved or not.

    I have eterna antennaantennas and I set  the configurati on "external"
