    This is not NBG6604 web interface. it seems like that the router before NBG6604.
    You can refer the user guide. NBG6604 (router mode) default IP address is 192.168.1.1.

    If it still not works, please share below information.
    What is your network topology?
    Do you not able to access NBG6604? Does your computer directly connect to NBG6604?
    Do you try to reset NBG6604?
