I'm not able to find a firmware download on the Zyxel website.

I was contacting my ISP for the FW. According to ISP, they won't the FW public at Zyxel, and they could control the FW by themselves.0 -
Given COVID-19 and the incredible demand on the US Internet infrastructure, i thought i woudlsee if anyone else is trying desperately as i am to get a firmware update to my route. EMG3425-QA10. Why is this so IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!!!!0
