Which service of NAS326 you want to access from Internet?
You can try to pair your NAS326 with myZyxelCloud. (https://mycloud.zyxel.com/)
You also can refer this link: https://mycloud.zyxel.com/help

I have to use an access database in the Nas office while I'm at home.

If you wants to access web interface of NAS326 from outside, you need to set a port forward rule on your router. Then, you can use WAN IP of your router + port number to access NAS326 from Internet.

For example, I used external port 7000 to map internal port 80 of NAS326. After that, I can use router's WAN IP + port (http://x.x.x.x:7000) to access it when I'm not at home.

Thanks. Is it possible to see the contents of a folder without going through the web interface?

If you don't want to see the contents of folders via web interface, maybe you can use ZyXEL Drive App, it would be much easier.
