NAS542 online but not responding

Hi all. NAS is online, I can login, but instead of entering the main menu, I get the reply "NAS is not responding. Please check on it"    I's a NAS542 with 4 disks on one Volume in jbod. Thanks

Did you try to reboot NAS542?

Also try to clear the cache of browser.
