Hi, can someone tells me, why my ZyXEL NAS326 CPU on 100% always, even if i don't use it?

You can try to disable "Generating thumbnail for multimedia files, which is within share folders." on myZyXELcloud app.


If it still not works, can you provide the screenshots of "Status Center" to check which process to cause this problem.
