how to flash router with firmware I have already from zyxel support

    Do you mean you have a new FW received from Zyxel support and want to upload a new FW to the router?
    If yes, can you access the GUI now? If you are not sure the password please long press the factory reset button and you should be able to login device with the default password, then upgrade FW via GUI page.
