My daughter (just moved to Orkney) has had the internet installed today by Openreach using a Zyxel router but unfortunately she can't connect. She is desperate to be able to communicate and at least be able to watch Netflix but she can't and she can't call the post office to sort as she hasn't got a phone signal.
