Why can't I log into my VMG3625-T20A when it's connected to the internet?

For some reason, my router is connected to the internet i can't log in and change the settings. I can't reach the router from any browser. But i know it's working because I'm connected to my fibre service. Firefox error: The connection has timed out. The server at 192.168.xxx.xxx is taking too long to respond. But I can ping the router quite fine.

Hi ZyvyZavy
Please try to long push the factory reset button on the shell, and wait for device boot up finish. Then, clean the browser cookie and try to log in now.
If the above suggestion still not work, please let me your FW version. thank you.0
