Hello,

I just installed PLA5456 to my home and the speed is not fast as I expected.
I have 80mbps line connected to my router but I got 35mbps through wall socket.
my topology is like below.
Uplink ---- Router ---- 1st PLA5456 --- power link(house) --- 2nd PLA5456 --- PC.
All connection is wired connection. I have 76mbps from 1st PLA 5456 and 35mbps from 2nd PLA5456.
I see 270mbps transmit and 170mbps receive from 2nd PLA 5456 when I see PLA utility.
The firmware version is 3.2.
I wonder it is the expected speed with PLA5456.

Thanks

*I have 80mbps line connected to my router but I got 35mbps through wall socket.
As you said, the first PLA5456 works fine, only the second PLA5456 throughput not good. Actually, data transfer rate will vary from network environment including: distance, network traffic, noise on electrical wires, quality of electrical installation and other adverse conditions. Does two PLA5456s use the same electric power circuit? What is the distance? Do you try put the second PLA5456 to another place to test again?

This is physical rate, not data rate. You can check ZYXEL KB from below link.

To my knowledge, Powerline products are very sensitive to the electrical installations.
