VMG8924-B10A not resolving local names

I have DNS set to Dynamic (as opposed to 'Static' 'From ISP' or 'None') but local names are not being resolved. This is odd as the names are clearly known as they are visible in the network diagram. How do i ensure that local names are resolved?

Hi Goose
May I ask what domain name (local name) you want to check? If you are not sure DNS does not work due to CPE does not react properly or not. you can try:
1. Change CPE DNS server to a static value like Google DNS server, 8.8.8.8
2. Try to access the domain name with a different device, like your mobile phone.
3. Let me know the local name, I can test it for you0 -
