AMG1302-T11C - 5GH networks.

Hello,
Please help!
I have a new supposedly 'smart' heating system.  Having had this set up the app isn't connecting properly.  I am being advised to "Please make sure that you separate 2.4GH and 5GH networks".  Having accessed the router account I cannot find any reference to the 5GH network.  Can anybody advise me on this?
