    Nice forum software, eh?

Anyway, is your file listed in the 'Locked files' section? If yes, is the file open on one of the clients listed above?

Yeah, it is just great :disappointed:

Will try to check all the stuff in next days - i'm working on this server remotely (so i dont know if it is opened). Strange that I can see in the first section the same PID with different users (guest+full access account) and in third section (Locked files) I see different 'DenyMode' (none / write / all). I'm quite new to this type of 'problem solving' for fixed NAS servers.

Maybe it will be faster to make 'everything' from the beginning?

This is 'local' server (no access from outside), with no need for different users (everyone need full permissions to all files). One shared folder.

Maybe you know the best way to make this? I'm wondering if Zyxel was the good choice (after all the problems)...

and in third section (Locked files) I see different 'DenyMode' (none / write / all)
The 'deny mode' depends on the rights of the client, and the tool used to open the file. If it's a viewer which only reads, the file is opened ro, and the sharing is possibly DENY_NONE. if the viewer doesn't care the file can change while it's open. An editor wants to hve exclusive write access, and so the file will be marked DENY_WRITE for the others.
Of course a file can have one exclusive write access and several read only accesses simultaneously.

In your case I'd first try to close the guest account, I think. As you already found there are clients which have a guest session and a normal session at the same time. So which account is used to open the files?

Thx Mijzelf for all the support, guest accounts were because old windows credentials - changed them :) as for the files it was program fault not the server
