How can I change security protocols of WRE6602?

While using WRE6602 on repeater mode security protocol is always "WPA/WPA2 mixed". I do not want to use an ancient security protocol. How can I change it to WPA2 AES?

Does your upper layer router security set as WPA/WPA2 mixed mode?
My router is used WPA2 only, then my WRE6602 is connected/broadcasted as WPA2 only.
