How to I set up priority order of different devices using my home wifi network?

We have multiple devices that connect wirelessly and two laptops that connect via ethernet cable from a wifi booster plug.
How do I set the priority order of different devices? I have logged on to the Zyxel web based configuration page and believe it is something to do with the QoS but I don't see an option to set/change priority. I am also unsure what to use to identify each device, am guessing it is the MAC number...?
Would really appreciate some help.

Which ZYXEL product that you want to set the priority order of different devices?
