copy nas to nas

Hi, I have 2 zyxel nas. One of them is old NSA 320. The second is new NSA 326. I wont to copy all info from old nas 320 to new nas 326 as is, not in some back up format. I wont to schedule check and sync .
Please help me with this simple task.

NSA320, NAS326 and Laptop/Computer are connected Router.
Then, you can use CIFS (Windows O.S.) to access/copy NSA320's data to NAS326.

I don’t want to use a computer. I want to use a software between 2 NSA то communicated without computer or any people’s intervention.
