Explicitly disable radio (2.4Ghz or 5Ghz) on selected AP's

Instead of using tags and different sites to indirectly disable radio on either 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz allow for disabling radio directly for each AP seperately. This is a more elegant solution then using multiple sites and artificially seperate AP's on sites (even if they belong to the same site) or use a predefined tag similar to the LED_ON or LED_OFF setting to be assigned to the AP's and to be used in the tag field of the different SSIDs to disable radio.
