You can install MetaRepository to install Entware-ng, which will automagically be upgraded to Entware, on which you can install Squid.

yes installed, and software enabled on the nas, launched, but not see any app squid inside ty MiJzelf for your great support

The Entware package system doesn't have a webinterface. You'll have to login over ssh, as root, and execute
<div>opkg update</div><div><br></div><div>opkg install squid</div>

connected via putty on the nas via ssh connection , root privileges, opkg update COMMAND NOT FOUND ???0

In the webinterface provided with the Entware-ng package, read the chapter about FFP and Entware-ng coexisting.

You should login as root.

i am inside opkg update - response command not found ..... i have removed ffp now what commands do I have to give ty very much
