Multy X not working with Windows 10 Laptop Only

Hello I have a Multy X system. My Mac OS MacBook Pro is connecting to the wifi fine, but my windows 10 PC is not connecting at all to the Wifi. It is connecting but no internet is passing through, no sites are opening. On my phones the wifi is working fine. Any idea what the problem may be?

Also, when I connect my Windows 10 PC to a mobile hotspot, the internet is flowing nicely and it is working fine. Just wifi through the MultyX is not working! Please help.

    Dear Sir,

    During the email contact, your PC which connected to the Multy does successfully access the google server via the routing tracing commend "tracert www.google.com".
    Please let me know if you still have any issues with the Multy System.
