AIshield on Multy Plus seems to be blocking Windows 10 update downloads

I have recently installed a Multy Plus mesh WiFi network and activated the AIshield license, however it appears to be blocking downloads from windows 10 update on my PCs.
If I inactivate the intrusion prevention system in the AIshield phone app the download completes successfully on a restart of the PC.
I have not set up any profiles or added any site to the forbidden or trusted lists.
Does anyone know how I can configure AIshield to allow traffic from Windows Update Servers?

Hi @Ashenshugar ,
After our investigate, the IPS does block the Win10 upgrade server, we will fix this issue on next IPS signature data update.
If there is a similar issue that happened in the feature, please add the threat IP/Link to the trusted list.
Please follow the below steps to add it into the trusted list, it can allow the IP/Link pass-through the AiShield.
Best Regards,
