How to disable these ports on the router NBG-418N v2?

I check open ports with this command:

nmap -Pn -p 1-10000 192.168.1.1

Displays the following:

23/tcp   open  telnet
80/tcp   open  http
5431/tcp open  park-agent

How do I close ports 23 and 5431? I disabled upnp in the settings, but port 5431 remains open, which does not give me the necessary security
