Zyxel wifi adapter G-220 v2

My adapter will find internet and connect to it, but I go to use Firefox, and it says I'm not connected to the internet. I'm confused, i even checked on the control panel and it says I'm connected. What's going on, it happens at my house and my mom's when I tried to use it. Does internet speed effect these things? I'm not very tech savvy. Can someone help?

What is driver version of your G-220 v2?
