port forwarding on VMG3925-B10B

Hey im trying to create a server where I need to port forward. I added a new rule, where I added the start and end point, where I added my local IPv4 address as my server IP Address, but people cannot connect to via my  public IP address. Is there something I am missing since the port is not seen as open? I hope someone can help me since I am unsure about the new interface.

How many WAN interfaces are set in your device?
