what settings are needed to allow connection to the internet via games consoles, TVs Blu ray players etc. have APs and I can connect to them but don't allow the internet to the pass through.
have a Zyxel poe switch too

For normal internet access, it should no need extra setting for your TVs Blu ray players. But I am not sure what do you mean games consoles here? What kind of Game Host do you mean here? And what LTE device you have purchased?
